Personalised Conditionality - Key Papers
"We will also provide tailored support to help problem drug users to get off drugs and move into work. A new drug and employment programme will provide an integrated approach to drug treatment and employment support. This will give drug users the chance to turn their lives around. In return, we will expect drug users to take up this support, so that beneļ¬ts are going to help people overcome their problems, not into the pockets of drug dealers."
